Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Planning Engineer to join our team based in Dubai, UAE.

The role will be responsible for cost analysis/control and planning/scheduling activities supporting the Senior Project Manager for a variety of projects, or for discipline/project/proposal estimating or staff planning activities that require a high degree of technical skill and experience.

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Undertaking regular project analysis, and control activities and schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities.
  • Supporting project organizational and administrative activities. Provides generally non-routine cost planning and scheduling guidance.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and providing innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
  • Executing Project Controls programs on an assigned project in accordance with KEO Project Controls procedures.
  • Reviewing and approving Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned projects.
  • Planning the staffing needs for assigned projects.
  • Reviewing the contract drafts to ensure they include an adequate cost and scope definition and meet Project Controls requirements. Coordinates the development of all data in support of negotiations.
  • Preparing, coordinating, and directing Project Controls presentations to KEO and client management, as required.
  • Preparing the Project Controls plan for assigned projects.
Qualifications
