Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage project schedules for large-scale residential developments.
2. Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and adherence to timelines.
3. Prepare detailed planning reports and progress updates for management and stakeholders.
4. Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
5. Ensure all planning activities align with project objectives and client requirements.
6. Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as necessary.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer or Senior Planning Engineer, preferably within the residential sector.
