Job description

We are seeking a motivated Planning Engineer.

The ideal candidate will support project planning processes while ensuring financial efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

The candidate must have proven experience in infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities work.

Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of pre-qualification documents for submission.
2. Preparation of technical documents as per client requirements.
3. Collect and compile tender technical documents from related departments or persons.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager.
5. Study tender documents to understand the scope of work.
6. Analyze drawings and BOQ quantities.
7. Understand tender requirements and prepare the tender accordingly.
8. Propose construction programs with the advice of the Planning Manager.
9. Estimate manpower and plant requirements based on tender specifications.
10. Prepare construction sequencing and programs as per technical submittal requirements.
11. Estimate cash flow and other client requirements for proposed works.
12. Support site teams in preparing biweekly and monthly reports as required by project management.
