Job summary

Freesia Electromechanical Works Contracting in the UAE is looking for an experienced MEP Planning Engineer to join our team. You will lead planning and project controls for MEP projects, develop baseline schedules, and monitor progress against plans.

The role requires 7–8 years of relevant experience, strong proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–8 years of experience in MEP planning and project controls.
• Strong experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Experience in baseline programmes, schedules, progress updates and look-ahead plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain baseline programmes and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, productivity, and performance vs plan.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and delay analysis.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, procurement and construction teams.
