Determining the required materials and generating purchase requests on a daily basis.
Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.
Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.
Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.
Conduct periodic studies and analyses (at least every 3 months) to update the re-ordering standards of the materials and the upper and lower limits to keep them in line with the company's goal of reducing storage and costs.
Conduct a periodic study of the storage capacity and compare it with the stock required to detect any possible future obstacles and work to solve them in a timely manner.
Studies on low-mobility products and fast-moving products.
Manage and coordinate with other departments for effective launching of new products and maintain lc tracking sheet.
Coordinate with the technical department for review of BOM and apply on the system as required.
Work on developing plans of action for the coming period in terms of development ideas, change, modernization, and savings.
Coordinate with purchase and logistics for supply delivery plan (LPP).
Conduct time motion study for each machinery and set standard capacity based on product.
Analyze capacity utilization in each machine and record reliability loss based on process reliability loss map.
Propose new or revised manufacturing processes that utilize best practices and will increase reliability.
Share daily PR loss with concerned departments and discuss it in DDS (Daily Distribution System).
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
2 years of experience in Planning.
Ability to work with numbers, work under pressure, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
