Planning Engineer

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects
Manage budgets, schedules, and procurement of materials
Supervise construction teams and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals
Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise

Qualifications :

BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Plan Swift
SOE card and DM approval required
Driving License is a must

Skills :

Excellent time and project management skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations
Ability to manage conflicts and crises effectively
