Take complete responsibility for the Supply Chain Master Tracker and weekly meeting updates.
Ensure all internal customers are kept updated with their requirements.
Ensure the planned shipments timely delivery in order to meet the production demand, capability & capacity.
Analyze back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders and report deficiencies/expected delays to the team.
Develop and implement planning tools, processes, and techniques for Supply Chain Department.
Identify deviations from the plan and implement corrective actions, to achieve targets and meet internal customer demand.
Establish and implement productive, dynamic working relationships with all supply chain team, maintaining regular associations through meetings and communications.
Focal point of Supply Chain team, and coordinates interaction and communication among team members.
Analyze and report to management complete information regarding PR/PO, shipment, permits, and receivables.
Prepare and keep track of all external reporting requirements of EDGE, MOD, etc.
Prepare reports for team members and management to document the progress of the projects.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial/Production/Mechanical/Production/Engineering Management) or equivalent.
Planning Certification.
PMP, Six Sigma or Lean Production certification is preferred.
Working experience in any ERP systems.
Expertise with production planning & scheduling tools.
5 years experience in Planning, ideally in Production facility.

Knowledge of methods and techniques of data collection, planning, research, and report preparation.
Knowledge of methods of administrative, organizational, economic, and procedural analysis.
Knowledge of principles and practices of record-keeping management.
Knowledge of ERP system.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering principles.
Computer literacy.
English and Arabic language skills (Oral and written).
