The ideal candidate will play a critical role in project scheduling resource planning and progress tracking ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules timelines and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor and track project progress against baseline and update schedules accordingly
• Coordinate with site engineers project managers procurement and subcontractors to gather real-time updates
• Prepare look-ahead programs delay analysis reports and recovery plans as needed
• Assist in planning labor material and equipment resources to meet project milestones

• Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client reviews

• Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

• 3-5 years of UAE experience specifically in villa renovation or interior fit-out projects
• Sound understanding of construction methods sequencing and material lead times

• Excellent analytical time management and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
