2. Prepared tender and construction programs such as, but not limited to, the scope of works related to steel structure bridges, concrete bridges, and marine works.

3. Created and monitored baseline recovery and revised schedules for multiple projects under tight schedules.

4. Prevented project delays through careful monitoring and critical path analysis.

5. Preparation of Extension of Time using time impact analysis techniques.

6. Monitored planning data to continuously improve effectiveness.

7. Supported on-time project delivery by advancing, updating, and overseeing construction.

8. Drove teams to complete projects within time and budget constraints.

9. Supported project teams through regular meetings and ongoing collaborative involvement with stakeholders.

10. Identified and addressed constraints impacting engineering project success.

11. Met work schedules to produce accurate, timely weekly and monthly reports and facilitate cross-departmental project communications.
