CC7 Global Engineering Solutions | CC7 Emirates Engineering Solutions seeks a Senior Project Planner to lead scheduling for complex EPC/Oil & Gas projects in the UAE.

You will develop baselines, manage look-ahead plans, and deliver Power BI dashboards, ensuring alignment with milestones and client expectations on site in Abu Dhabi region.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of project planning and scheduling experience.
• Site-based planning experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
• Advanced Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Solid project controls, scheduling methodologies, and progress measurement.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans.
• Track progress against milestones and analyze delays.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and KPIs.
• Create Power BI dashboards for planning and control.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, resource-loaded schedules, and recovery plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with contractual milestones.
• Conduct schedule analysis, identify delays, and propose corrective actions.
• Track critical path activities and assess potential schedule risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to ensure schedule compliance.

Project Controls & Reporting

• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for project management and client review.
• Monitor project KPIs, productivity, earned value metrics, and overall project performance.
• Support forecasting activities and analyze schedule variances.
• Maintain project dashboards and reporting systems to provide accurate and timely project status updates.

Power BI & Data Analytics

• Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for project planning and controls.
• Integrate and analyze data from various project sources to provide meaningful insights.
• Create automated reports and data visualization tools for management decision-making.
• Design dashboards that track project progress, productivity, manpower, procurement status, and KPI performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams.
• Participate in project review meetings and present schedule and performance updates.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations to improve project execution.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Project Planning and Scheduling within EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Infrastructure, or Construction projects.
• Proven experience working in site-based planning roles.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Excellent understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and progress measurement techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• UAE/GCC project experience will be highly preferred.
