Job Description
- Prepare realistic project schedules using appropriate tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
- Prepare competitive bids for new projects.
- Calculate optimal material requirements and manpower requirements for each stage of the project.
- Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure smooth execution of the plan.
- Plan the budget required for the project and monitor expenses during project execution.
- Create cash flow forecasts for each project.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the client to ensure efficient project execution.
- Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance, typically using Earned Value Method - EMV) at various project stages to analyze deviations.
- Create project closing reports with a focus on continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience working in a consultancy firm.
- Over 10 years of experience as a planning engineer and/or site engineer (graduates from 2010-2013).
- Experience with 3D modelling software.
