Job Description
  • Prepare realistic project schedules using appropriate tools such as Primavera and MS Project.
  • Prepare competitive bids for new projects.
  • Calculate optimal material requirements and manpower requirements for each stage of the project.
  • Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure smooth execution of the plan.
  • Plan the budget required for the project and monitor expenses during execution.
  • Create cash flow forecasts for each project.
Work Location

UAE – Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the client to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Collect periodic updates and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the project status.
  • Create variance reports (Schedule Variance and Cost Variance, typically using Earned Value Method - EMV) at various project stages to analyze deviations.
  • Create project closing reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
  • Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 4-6 years of experience working in a consultancy firm.
  • Over 10 years of experience as a planning engineer and/or site engineer (graduates from 2010-2013).
  • Experience with 3D modeling software.
