Job summary

LAZOURDY is seeking a Civil Planning Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead project planning and scheduling for civil works, using Primavera P6, with 5+ years UAE experience.

You will develop baselines, monitor progress, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and coordinate with project teams to ensure milestones are achievable.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a contracting environment; familiarity with WBS and cost control is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5–12 years of UAE experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project Baseline Program, including WBS, activities, and milestones.
• Utilize Primavera P6 to create and update schedules; Prepare and update Project Weekly & Monthly progress reports, including S-curves, Gantt charts.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress and address scheduling issues.
• Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule and identify potential delays or deviations.
• Ensure that schedule is based on project execution strategy and schedule milestones are achievable.
• Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ with 5- 12 years’ experience in UAE.
