Job summary

Mace in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Planning & Controls professional to join our high-profile project team. The role operates within a centralized EPMO to manage planning, controls, and risk, while enforcing governance across all lifecycle stages and supporting unified reporting methods.

You will prepare periodic reports for senior management, integrate risk management from preconstruction to delivery, and lead KPI escalation and data validation with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management; based in Abu Dhabi; fluent in Arabic.
• Infrastructure experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, data modeling, queries, and VBA.
• Experience with system implementation, data integration, reporting automation, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Operates within a centralized EPMO to manage planning, controls, and risk.
• Enforces governance across all project lifecycle stages.
• Supports reporting teams with unified methodologies.
• Prepares periodic reports and presentations for senior management.
• Integrates risk management from preconstruction to delivery.
• Identifies and escalates critical KPIs at risk.
• Manages Primavera EPPM setup and reporting coordination.
• Uses Power BI and Primavera for automated reporting.
• Validates project data through documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyzes performance indicators to guide decisions and planning.
