Job summary

Dhafir Technologies L.L.C. seeks a Planning / Client Billing Engineer to manage schedules and client billing for EPC projects.

You will prepare schedules, monitor progress, create bills, and ensure reporting accuracy while coordinating with site, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to support project execution. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering and at least 5 years in project planning and client billing within EPC/oil & gas/utilities/construction

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Support variation orders/ claims.
• Maintain proper documentation for billing and audits.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and site teams.
• Provide schedule-related inputs for decision-making.

Job description

The Planning / Client Billing Engineer will manage project schedules and client billing activities for the company’s EPC projects. The role includes preparing schedules, monitoring progress, preparing bills, and ensuring accuracy in reporting. The candidate will work closely with the site, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

• Track project milestones and highlight delays or risks.

Billing & Documentation

• Prepare and verify client bills based on site progress.
• Support variation orders/ claims.
• Maintain proper documentation for billing and audits.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project planning and client billing.
• Experience in EPC, oil & gas, utilities, or construction projects preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of billing procedures, reporting, and documentation.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
