Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years' relevant experience in construction or related fields.
• Relevant degree in construction, engineering, project management, quantity surveying or related discipline.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in Planning and Project Controls.
• Basic knowledge of planning, scheduling and programme management principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity and responsible delivery.
• Coordinate planning activities with the project team, clients and contractors.
• Collect, review and consolidate programme and progress information from stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against programmes, milestones and deadlines; escalate delays.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules and planning information.
• Review schedule data for completeness and provide basic commentary.
• Attend planning and coordination meetings and capture actions.
• Develop understanding of planning, scheduling, progress measurement and risk.
• Build relationships with contractors and client teams.
• Support progression toward a planning/project controls manager career path.
• Support safety, sustainability and responsible delivery.
