Job summary

Team Energy Resources Middle East is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Planner with a strong background in planning and scheduling for refinery, offshore, or petrochemical facilities. The role demands hands-on oversight of maintenance programs, schedules, and resource alignment.

Requirements include 15 years in maintenance planning with at least 5 years supervising a team of planners, 5 years in EPC project planning and controls in Oil & Gas, offshore/turnaround coordination, and solid

Qualifications

• Completion of Secondary education or Engineering Degree.
• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in oil & gas.
• 15+ years in maintenance planning with supervision of planners/schedulers.
• 5+ years EPC project planning & controls in Oil & Gas.
• Experience coordinating major shutdowns/turnarounds offshore or refinery.
• Proficient in CMMS (Oracle EAM) and Primavera P6 / MS Project.
• Strong English, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication.
• Advanced Excel/Access skills and MS Office proficiency.

• Completion of Secondary (10 years) education, Tradesman / Technologist Qualifications or Engineering Degree.
• Experience
• 15-years of experience in Maintenance planning and scheduling including 5 years of experience supervising a team of planners/schedulers within a refinery, oilfield or in a petrochemical facility.
• 5 years’ experience of Engineering/Procurement/Construction (EPC) projects planning and controls in the Oil & Gas Industry.
• Coordinated major shutdown / turnaround projects in an offshore production facility or a refinery.
• Strong written and spoken English language skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multi-cultural and highly dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or other CMMS system. Proficient in Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project applications.
• Significant knowledge of offshore/terminal plant and equipment and maintenance systems.
• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access database skills and proficiency using Microsoft office suite.
