Job summary

Seara International in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Supply Planner with a solid background in FMCG or manufacturing to join our planning team.

You will plan and monitor raw material requirements, coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Production and Sales, and ensure materials are available on time to prevent delays.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in a related field, has experience in supply or production planning, and is proficient in Excel with ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field.
• Experience in supply or production planning within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel; ERP experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in supply planning or production planning within FMCG or manufacturing.
• Good understanding of raw materials, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; ERP system experience is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to the changing needs of a fast-growing organization.
