Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations and maintenance.
2. Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
5. Liaise with project managers and other departments to ensure efficient project execution.
6. Conduct regular inspections of work areas and MEP systems to ensure optimal performance.
7. Maintain proper documentation of work completed and materials used.

Qualifications:

1. 15-20 years of hands-on MEP experience, with a focus on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
3. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, tools, and safety protocols.
4. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
5. Experience in the UAE market and familiarity with local codes and standards.
