Job summary

Destination Hotels in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Chef de Partie to supervise a station in the outlet kitchen, delivering a consistent, high-quality product and professional, efficient service in line with Hyatt International standards.

You will prepare dough, sauces, toppings, operate pizza ovens, uphold kitchen hygiene, HACCP, and support the training and development of junior kitchen colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards, preferably luxury brands.
• Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards.
• Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) standards and ability to comply with HRDCH environmental management procedures.

• To produce fresh dough, sauces, and toppings while ensuring consistency and authenticity.
• To operate pizza ovens efficiently and maintain excellent product quality.

• To maintain high levels of cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP compliance.
• Support the training and development of junior kitchen colleagues.
