Job summary

Archirodon Group seeks a Piping Quantity Surveyor to manage take-offs, BOQs, and material planning for large-scale oil and gas EPC projects. You will ensure accurate cost estimation, supplier coordination, and alignment with project scope.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with at least five years of piping quantities experience, and advanced Excel skills. Proficiency in isometrics, P&IDs, AutoCAD/Navisworks is desired to support procurement and construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Piping Quantity Surveyor in oil and gas.
Strong knowledge of piping materials used in oil and gas projects.
Proficiency in interpreting isometric drawings, P&IDs, painting and insulation specifications.
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed BOQs for piping works with breakdowns by dia-inch and spool counts.
Prepare BOQs for specialized piping services and MTOs to support procurement and construction.
Create accurate MTOs by reviewing the SoW, P&IDs and other engineering documents.
Collaborate with construction teams, subcontractors and QC to resolve progress-report discrepancies.
Develop reports detailing executed quantities, remaining quantities, and progress metrics.
Review subcontractor invoices to verify quantities against completed work and terms.
