Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V in the UAE seeks experienced Quantity Surveyors for the WEP Project (West to East Pipeline). You will prepare BOQs for EPC projects in Oil & Gas, maintain documentation, and liaise with engineers to verify quantities and process payments.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of quantity surveying experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel, and ADNOC/pipeline project exposure. Expat package is offered within a leading international EPC group.

Qualifications

• Min. 5–10 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• With experience in ADNOC projects and pipeline work is advantageous.
• Experience verifying measurements, contract final measures and payments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the complete BOQs for EPC projects in Oil & Gas.
• Maintain all supporting documents and backups for executed works and measurements.
• Liaise with Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors to verify quantities and process payments.
• Prepare Contract Final Measures and Payment applications at Completion.
• Verify subcontract measurements and payment applications.
• Coordinate with project sections on quantity measurement and reporting.

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for experienced and reliableQuantity Surveyors to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team in UAE, for WEP Project (West to East Pipeline).

What you will need to do:

• Prepare the complete BOQs for EPC Projects in the field of Oil & Gas
• Compiles and maintains all supporting documents and backups for the executed works and the measurement thereof including signed NRI, QS sheets, progress records etc.
• Liaises with the Engineer’s and Employer’s quantity surveyors in verifying measured quantities and processing payments.
• Prepares the Contract Final Measures together with application for Payment at Completion in accordance with contract provisions ensuring that all executed works have been measured, verified and claimed.
• Verifies subcontract measurements and payment applications.
• Liaises with all project sections in quantity measurement, recording and reporting matters.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

• Min. 5- 10 years' experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Excel
• With experience working in Oil & Gas, ADNOC experience is advantage
• With experience working in Pipeline Project
