This role requires a strong background in Mechanical Engineering, along with 3-5 years of experience in Piping Engineering. You will be responsible for verifying that shop pipe fabrication isometrics align with client specifications, marking errors, and ensuring corrections are made before fabrication. Position Summary: Piping Drawing Checker for Abu Dhabi, UAE

Check pipe spool fabrication drawings for content and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Familiarity with client project scope and specifications.
• Check shop pipe fabrication isometrics against client drawings, scope, and specifications for accuracy and manufacturability, mark-up errors, and re-check corrections made by drafter before being released to shop for fabrication.
• Familiar with and utilize department standards, procedures, and guidelines.

• Basic understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures.
