Job description

Pipeline Integrity Engineer

Qualifications: B.S. or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform integrity assessments of cross-country pipelines.
  2. Lead the Cathodic Protection (CP), ILI & Corrosion Engineer team in developing the Integrity Status Report.
  3. Assess and validate all inspection data, upload it into Pipeline Integrity Management Software, and issue integrity status reports for critical pipelines.
  4. Develop the Intelligent Pigging (IP) in-line Inspection master plan based on integrity assessments.
  5. Prepare Look Ahead maintenance and inspection plans.
  6. Guide the execution of remedial action plans based on integrity status reports.
  7. Review and update related procedures, standards, and practices to maintain pipeline integrity.
  8. Issue integrity certifications, Fitness for Purpose (FFP), and remaining life assessments to recommend future actions.
