Pipeline Integrity Engineer
Job description
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent & Project Management Certification or its equivalent.
- Well versed with Microsoft tools and other programming skills preferred to automate the process.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant professional experience in the oil/gas industry.
Professional Requirements
- Well versed in pipeline design codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.8, B31.4, etc.
- Well versed in API 579, ASME B31.8S, API 1163, API 1160 codes.
- Good skills in ASME B31G, DNV Part A&B, Kastner, Shannon codes and their utilization in pipeline integrity assessments.
- Strong skills in IP tool setup, tool launching & receiving procedures, cleaning tool assessment, IP tool fitness assessment.
- Knowledge in IP tool selection, technology assessment, etc.
- Familiarity with pipeline guidelines such as POF, etc.
- Knowledge of international codes and guidelines for integrity management, HSE, process safety, etc.
