Job summary

Technip Energies in UAE seeks a Pipeline Engineer- ARC GIS Specialist to join the team in Abu Dhabi. The role reports to the Head of the Department and focuses on ArcGIS-based pipeline design for onshore and offshore projects.

Requirements include a Geo-Informatics degree or Diploma, 7 years of pipeline design experience (5 with ArcGIS), and FEED/EPC exposure. Gulf experience and ADNOC DOP knowledge are preferred. ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Degree/diploma in Geo-Informatics Engineering or Geo-Information System.
• ArcGIS and AutoCAD experience required.
• 7 years of pipeline design experience onshore and offshore; 5 years in ArcGIS.
• Experience in pipeline routing in ArcGIS.
• Pipeline ROW NOC approvals experience.
• Knowledge of surveys and coordinate systems.
• Strong communication, ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• FEED and EPC project experience.
• 2 years Gulf experience and ADNOC DOP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawings assigned by lead engineer/designer per DOP.
• Perform drafting tasks under pressure, with pro-active cooperation.
• Ensure drawings meet allocated man-hours and deadlines.
• Check drawings for accuracy before final technical scrutiny.
• Document and file prints for quality audits.
• Assist lead designer as required.
• Perform site visits (onshore/offshore).
