About The Team

Join Binance's Customer Service team and be part of a client-facing business function where exceptional support is our priority. We aim to create a platform where users receive top-quality assistance with fast response times and accurate information. Our support is provided via ticketing systems and live chat, handling customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform. We seek empathetic, communicative, and problem-solving individuals who can advocate for our customers and gather valuable feedback. Responsibilities
  1. Handle high volume live chat and other online tools.
  2. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
  3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  4. Support other business units with customer liaison and accurately document customer requests.
  5. Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits, and follow up to secure resolution.
  6. Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-commerce industry.
  2. College degree or above.
  3. Native-level fluency in French, and advanced English skills are required to support our global/overseas users.
  4. Previous experience with cross-functional support is advantageous.
  5. High level of honesty and integrity; proactive and meticulous; responsible with a team spirit.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and a desire to exceed expectations.
  7. Passionate about the customer service industry and adaptable to different work shifts.
  8. Positive attitude towards the crypto industry.
