The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating aircraft, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and delivering excellent service to passengers. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent decision-making skills, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and control aircraft safely according to company procedures and aviation regulations.

  • Conduct pre-flight checks and inspections to ensure the aircrafts readiness.

  • Plan flight paths and review weather conditions, air traffic, and other relevant information.

  • Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground personnel.

  • Monitor aircraft systems and instruments during flight.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to in-flight emergencies or unexpected situations.

  • Maintain accurate flight records and reports.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism throughout the flight.

  • Participate in training programs and recurrent simulator sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Commercial Pilot License (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) issued by a recognized aviation authority.

  • Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.

  • Minimum flight hours as required by the airline (usually 1500+ hours for ATPL).
