National Cadet Pilot Programme

Job Purpose:

We are seeking young and enthusiastic Emiratis to join the National Cadet Pilot Programme and become the best trained pilots in the world, flying one of the latest and most contemporary fleets in the sky. The training will be conducted at Emirates Flight Training Academy, with a program duration of around four years divided into three major stages:

1. Initial Stage (Foundation Program): Occurs in Dubai at Emirates Flight Training Academy. Duration: 18 weeks, including Aviation Science training courses.
2. Second Stage (Flight Training Programme): Takes place at Emirates Flight Training Academy for 24 months. This phase provides approximately 273 hours of flight experience and awards a course completion certificate, Commercial Pilot Licence with Multi Instrument Rating (CPL/multi IR), and Multi Crew Cooperation Course (MCC).
3. Third Stage (Conversion and Line Training): Also occurs at Emirates Flight Training Academy. Upon completion, students will be prepared to fly large jet aircraft.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidate must hold a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
• Age: 18–26 years old.
• Minimum: Grade 12 high school certificate.
• Average score of 80%.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• TOEFL: 510.
• Military Service Status.
• Medically Fit.
