Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate marine construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  
• Experience of direct execution of Cast in Situ Bore pile, Steel Pile driving . Handling work directly for executing the job with Safety and Quality.

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  
• Oversee the execution of steel pile foundation works, including boring operations using cast-in-situ techniques.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize project outcomes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-24 years of experience in marine construction or related field (piling foreman/steel pile foreman/bore pile foreman).
  
• Strong understanding of INSIUTE methodology for cast-in-situ bored piles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
