Job summary

Vesta Care is seeking a DHA-licensed Physiotherapist to join our team delivering in-home healthcare in Dubai. You will assess patients, design personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on physiotherapy within patients' homes.

Required: DHA license, a Bachelors or Masters in Physiotherapy, and at least 2 years of home-health experience. Strong communication and the ability to manage a caseload independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid DHA license as a Physiotherapist.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist preferably in a home health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions including range of motion, strength and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and patient goals.
• Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on proper exercise techniques, activities and self-care to facilitate recovery.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient records documenting sessions, progress and outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy practices and participate in continuing education.
