Job summary

Qualifications

• DHA license required.
• Certified/licensed physical therapist with formal education in physiotherapy.
• Valid accreditation/licensure to practice physiotherapy in their jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Assess each patient and create a therapy plan with measurable goals and timelines.
• Prepare and send clinical and progress summaries based on objectives reached.
• Provide necessary information to supervising physician for proper patient evaluation.
• Deliver physiotherapy services by traveling to patients' homes or at partner gym locations.
