This is a unique opportunity to lead and establish a new physiotherapy department providing high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing clinical protocols managing the daily operations of the clinic and fostering a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• - Lead and manage all aspects of physiotherapy services in the new clinic ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered to all patients.
• - Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• - Oversee the recruitment training and development of physiotherapy staff to create a strong clinical team.
• - Establish clinical protocols and best practices to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal recovery.
• - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.
• - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations licensing requirements and quality standards.
• - Engage with patients and their families to provide education on treatment plans rehabilitation goals and health management.

Requirements

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

- Valid DHA license to practice as a physiotherapist in the UAE.

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting is highly preferred.

- Excellent organizational and management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
