Plan and deliver engaging, challenging and high-quality Physics lessons across the Secondary phase.
Develop students’ scientific understanding through practical investigation, enquiry, critical thinking and real-world application.
Differentiate teaching and use assessment effectively to meet individual learning needs, monitor progress and inform future planning.
Maintain high expectations for achievement, engagement and behaviour, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Collaborate with Science colleagues on curriculum development and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
