Join our team as a Physician with Indigo. This is a Float Pool position for our Puget Sound Region Urgent Care Clinics.

Regions:

• North: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
• Central: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
• South: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo

Full-Time Schedule: 14 shifts/month, scheduled two months in advance with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Compensation: Earning potential of $350k+ with Indigo's market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.

Schedule: 8 am - 8 pm

Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician for our highly cohesive and innovative team. This float position supports our urgent care clinics. Providers are passionate about modernizing medicine, working collaboratively, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Candidates can expect to work at the top of their license, with opportunities to lead and mentor.

The Opportunity:

• Clinics open 7 days a week, 8 am - 8 pm.
• Schedules created 2 months in advance.
• Location may vary; same-day shift changes possible.
• Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, and practicing autonomously.

Requirements:

• Board certified/eligible at employment start.
• Active Washington license in good standing.
• DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
