Ingram Micro in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is seeking a Presales Consultant - Physical Security to join our regional team. You will lead technical design efforts, working with sales, vendors, and customers to position best-in-class security solutions.

You’ll demonstrate CCTV, access control, analytics, and AI-enabled surveillance, deliver workshops and proofs of concept, and craft technically sound proposals for the sales cycle.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience in a Presales, Solutions Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Technical Consulting role within the physical security industry.
• Strong knowledge of video surveillance, access control systems, security management platforms, networking fundamentals, and security architectures.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience conducting customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant vendor certifications within the physical security ecosystem are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and position security solutions in collaboration with sales, partners, vendors and customers.
• Demonstrate CCTV, video management systems, access control, analytics, and AI-enabled surveillance.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept engagements.
• Support sales teams with solution design, sizing, BOM creation, and technical proposals.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure technically sound and competitive solutions.
• Stay current with emerging security technologies and market trends.
• Provide partner enablement through technical training and knowledge sharing.
