Job summary

International Community Schools (ICS) Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi, seeks a qualified Female Physical Education Teacher to join our Academic team for the upcoming academic year. We deliver an American curriculum focused on holistic student development across K-12.

The ideal candidate will design and deliver age-appropriate PE lessons, assess learning outcomes, and promote health, safety, and sportsmanship. ADEK licensing, background checks, and a current First Aid/CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, Sports Science, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid teaching license/certification in Physical Education (K-12 or relevant age groups) from a recognized US state or country of origin.
• Masters degree in a relevant educational field is highly desirable.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

UAE-Specific Requirements:

• Must meet all professional licensing and qualification equivalency requirements set by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK).

• Ability to successfully obtain and maintain ADEK teacher licensing and professional registration.
