Overview

Develop maintain and enhance ecommerce platforms using PHP and Laravel framework.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and enhance ecommerce platforms using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Integrate and manage multiple payment gateways (e.g. PayPal Stripe etc.) to ensure secure and reliable transactions.
• Work on ecommerce functionalities including shopping carts checkout processes inventory management and customer experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with serverside logic.
• Optimize application performance and scalability ensuring fast loading times and smooth user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Implement and maintain best practices in coding testing and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Monitor and implement security measures to protect sensitive customer data.
• Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in web development ecommerce and payment processing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PHP/Laravel Developer with a focus on ecommerce and payment gateway integration.
• Strong proficiency in PHP Laravel and related frameworks.
• Experience with payment gateway integrations (e.g. Stripe PayPal Razorpay) and a deep understanding of payment flow security and compliance (PCIDSS).
• Handson experience with RESTful APIs and thirdparty service integrations.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like or React is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (e.g. MySQL) and database design principles.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ecommerce platforms like WooCommerce Magento or custombuilt solutions.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc.).
