Job summary

Ocean Consulting Services in Dubai is seeking a PHP Developer to join as one of the first engineers in our new office. The role focuses on building and improving our core backend infrastructure and internal product systems.

As an early member of the Dubai tech team, you will have a real impact on laying the foundation for a distributed technology organization across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP.
• Experience with MySQL.
• Experience using AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience working with Linux.
• Ability to work with databases and understand system flows.
• Practical problem-solving skills.
• Independent working style and good communication.

Responsibilities

Ocean Consulting Services is building its Dubai technology team, and we are looking for a PHP Developer to join as one of the first engineers in the office.

This role is focused on developing and improving the company’s core backend infrastructure and internal product systems.
