Job summary

Addmind Hospitality invites a creative Videographer/Photographer to join the Dubai team on a seasonal basis. You will capture high-energy nightlife content across venues, events, and campaigns, delivering polished visuals for marketing and press.

The role requires a strong portfolio, experience in low-light environments, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, supporting brand campaigns across the MENA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in videography/photography, ideally within hospitality, nightlife, F&B, or entertainment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating event, venue, and lifestyle content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and related editing software.
• Experience shooting in low-light, high-energy nightlife or event settings.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights in line with venue and event schedules.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional manner when working with talent and guests.

• Content Capture: Shoot photo and video content across Addmind venues, including events, performances, F&B offerings, and venue ambiance.
• Editing & Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to align with brand guidelines and visual identity; deliver publish-ready content with tight turnarounds.
• Planning & Coordination: Coordinate shoot schedules with venue management, marketing, and events teams; scout locations and plan shot lists.
• Equipment & Asset Management: Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment; organize and archive files.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work with marketing to align content with campaigns; provide progress updates and recap reels.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer/Photographer to join our growing team in Dubai on a seasonal basis. The ideal candidate will capture high-quality visual content across Addmind's venues, events, and brand campaigns, helping bring our nightlife and lifestyle destinations to life through compelling imagery and video.

Key Responsibilities

Content Capture

• Shoot photo and video content across Addmind venues, including events, performances, F&B offerings, and venue ambiance.
• Capture high-energy nightlife, guest experiences, and artist performances in fast-paced, low-light environments.
• Produce content for marketing campaigns, social media, press, and internal use.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos to align with brand guidelines and visual identity across all Addmind brands.
• Deliver polished, publish-ready content within tight turnaround times, including same-day event highlights.
• Colour grade, retouch, and format content for multiple platforms (social media, web, print).

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate shoot schedules with venue management, marketing, and events teams.
• Scout locations and plan shot lists ahead of events and campaigns.
• Liaise with artists, performers, and talent teams to capture key moments respectfully and professionally.

Equipment & Asset Management

• Maintain and manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Organize and archive raw and edited files according to company standards.
• Ensure all content is backed up and easily accessible for future use.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals and brand tone.
• Provide regular updates on shoot progress and deliverables.
• Support the creation of post-event recap reels and highlight packages.
