Job summary

DMS Creative Agency in Dubai is seeking a creative and technically strong Videographer to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will handle both shooting and editing, taking projects from concept through production to final edit across social media reels, campaigns, corporate videos, events and commercial productions.

Agency experience, a solid showreel, and mastery of professional cameras, lighting, sound and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects preferred) are required.

• Proven ability in shooting and editing across multiple formats.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating both shooting and editing skills.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional video shoots.
• Shoot social media reels, campaigns, interviews, events, corporate content and branded productions.
• Confidently operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment and gimbals.
• Edit both short-form and long-form video content.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Handle colour correction/grading, sound design, music selection and transitions.
• Create basic motion graphics where required.
• Work with creative and social media teams to execute concepts and storyboards.
• Understand briefs and translate them into strong visual content.
• Manage footage, project files and production assets efficiently.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creativity.
• Stay updated with current video and editing trends.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience with After Effects is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of colour grading and sound design.
• Excellent eye for composition, storytelling and pacing.
• Able to work independently on shoots and as part of a production team.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
