Phlebotomist

• Blood Collection: Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture for diagnostic blood samples.
• Sample Handling: Label and transport blood samples accurately and promptly.
• Patient Interaction: Ensure patient comfort and alleviate anxiety during procedures.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Follow infection control procedures and maintain a sterile environment.
• Documentation: Accurately record patient and sample details.
• Collaboration: Work with medical staff to ensure efficient sample processing.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Phlebotomy certification.
• Experience: 1-2 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Personality: Compassionate, organized, and reliable.
• Language: Fluent in English (additional languages like Arabic or Hindi a plus).
• Other: Ability to work flexible hours and stand for long periods.
