Key Responsibilities
- Teach and develop Human Resource Management courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, incorporating real-world case studies and best practices.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in internationally ranked, peer-reviewed journals.
- Supervise and mentor students in research projects, master’s theses, and doctoral dissertations, ensuring academic excellence.
- Continuously review and update curricula to align with industry developments, accreditation requirements, and innovative teaching strategies.
- Participate in academic accreditation and quality assurance processes, maintaining alignment with international education standards.
- Lead advanced research projects and technical initiatives related to Human Resource Management, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Establish and strengthen partnerships with businesses, industry leaders, and professional bodies to enhance student employability and research opportunities.
- Represent UKF at international conferences, workshops, and academic events, promoting institutional research and knowledge exchange.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
- A PhD in Human Resource Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of three years of teaching experience at the university level, demonstrating strong pedagogical skills.
- A proven research record with publications in internationally ranked, peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in supervising graduation projects, master’s research, and doctoral theses.
- Ability to develop engaging and interactive curricula using modern teaching technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and the application of artificial intelligence in teaching.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and blended learning environments, with a preference for candidates who have experience in online education.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards, curriculum design, and academic quality assurance.
- Industry experience or professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are advantageous.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative academic environment.
