The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries, help with prescription processing, manage stock, and ensure compliance with health and confidentiality procedures. Pharmacy or healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent; pharmacy-related education is preferred.
• Basic understanding of pharmacy operations and inventory procedures.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidential customer and prescription information.
• Previous pharmacy, healthcare, or retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with routine inquiries and direct medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
• Support the pharmacist with prescription processing and other authorized tasks.
• Receive, organize, and maintain pharmacy stock and supplies.
• Check inventory levels and report expired, damaged, or low-stock items.
• Maintain accurate records and keep the pharmacy area clean and organized.
• Follow pharmacy, health, safety, and confidentiality procedures.
