Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a Pharmacy Assistant to support the pharmacist with daily pharmacy operations, inventory management, customer service, and administrative tasks. You will help maintain stock, process orders, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a motivated healthcare team in a fast-paced environment. UAE licensing eligibility is preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Pharmacy/Healthcare preferred.
• Experience in pharmacy or healthcare is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy products.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with UAE healthcare/pharmacy is advantageous.
• Relevant UAE licensing or eligibility preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist with day-to-day pharmacy operations.
• Receive, organize, and store medicines and healthcare products.
• Check stock quantities, expiry dates, and product condition.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Assist with preparing prescriptions and customer orders under supervision of the licensed pharmacist.
• Handle customer inquiries and refer medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
• Assist with billing and basic administrative duties when required.
• Monitor stock levels and report items that need replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic pharmacy area.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries and stock when required.
• Support the pharmacist in providing efficient customer service.
