Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to support our pharmacists in dispensing medications and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for healthcare.

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medications.
• Provide customer service, answer queries, and guide patients on basic medication usage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure medication stock is replenished.
• Process prescriptions and insurance claims accurately.
• Label, package, and organize medications as per safety regulations.
• Handle billing, cash register operations, and payment processing.
• Keep the pharmacy clean and well-organized.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations to ensure proper handling of medicines.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus).
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
