Job summary

Mediclinic International is seeking an experienced administrator for the pharmacy in Dubai Mall. The role provides daily administrative support to the Pharmacy and supports stock control, claims processing, and documentation compliance to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.

The candidate will work with insurance teams, quality assurance and safety teams to maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies. UAE experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily general administrative services to the Pharmacy.
• Ensure effective inventory support in line with policy.
• Collaborate with insurance teams to ensure accurate claims.
• Support quality assurance, infection control and health and safety documentation.
