Qualifications

• Degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, life sciences or related; equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance or patient safety monitoring principles.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess safety reports and case information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support signal detection and routine safety monitoring across local and regional sources.
• Prepare clear safety summaries, trackers, and regulatory-ready documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety records, version control, and inspection-ready filing practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools to increase quality and efficiency.
• Act as a dependable point of contact between local and regional safety teams and external providers.
• Validate incoming safety information and ensure timely follow-up when more detail is needed.
• Track safety metrics and support preparation of governance reports.
• Support investigations and follow-up activities for safety reports.
• Help develop and maintain local procedures and documentation.
• Support training and awareness activities on safety requirements.
