Qualifications

• Degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, life sciences or related discipline.
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance or patient safety monitoring.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Review and assess safety reports and case information for accuracy.
• Support signal detection and routine safety monitoring.
• Prepare safety summaries, trackers and regulatory-ready documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to meet timelines.
• Maintain safety records and inspection-ready filing practices.
• Contribute to process and tool improvements for quality and efficiency.
• Act as a dependable contact between local and regional safety teams and providers.
• Validate incoming safety information and follow up when details are missing.
• Track safety metrics and support governance reporting.
• Assist investigations and follow-up on safety reports.
• Develop and maintain local procedures and documentation.
• Support training and awareness on safety requirements.
