Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Experience in a Pest Control company is mandatory.
• Experience in scheduling technicians and handling service records.
• Good knowledge of AMC agreements, quotations, and service documentation.
• Strong English communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate daily service schedules for Pest Control Technicians.
• Coordinate with technicians and clients regarding service appointments.
• Maintain daily service records and job completion reports.
• Prepare and maintain AMC agreements and related documentation.
• Prepare quotations and other service-related documents.
• Maintain customer records, contracts and service history.
• Follow up on pending quotations, agreements and required documents.
• Assist with invoicing and other administrative tasks when required.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of Pest Control activities.
• Coordinate with the operations and management teams for daily requirements.
